This is our first try at growing our own wheat. It dose take some time but I enjoyed every bit of it.I cut it with a hedge clipper and used an old leaf chipper to remove the husk from the wheat berry.I was able to harvest about 85 pounds and that will be a lot of bread this winter.

It never snows around here but a few weeks back we had our first snow fall that stuck in the 32 years we have lived here. The first pick is the Auburn court house that is one of the most beautiful around. The second is our persimmon tree that is just loaded this year and cookies are in the works as I speak. The third is the snow four days later by the side of our new green house and yes we had a few broken pipes those few days that kept me busy. The fourth is just a pic of a wonderful Christmas yard I just had to have.No our yard did not look this festive

This was such fun that night as my son Tim and I got to serve the Ladies at this wonderful restrant in down town Rocklin.Well it was at our church but by the pics you would never know it.The ladies did a wonderful job decorating each table and I just loved serving once again.I was asked a few times have you done this befor.Yes I said I studied in Canada between welding jobs {smile]

Danny Donnely

today was a mixed bag as we started our day at our friends studio in the beautiful town of Colfax Cal.Danny likes Andrews music so much he invited him up to cut a CD.As you can see he had is young daughter listen as she loves piano music and is learning how to play.I think Andrew will go far with his talents God has given him and to see this talented man mentor him is a blessing.Danny has played with people like Kenny Logins and another friend Larry Tagg who has played with Hall And Oats is also helping him and tonight George Tamayo wants to here his music as well. Now for the bad part of my day was a trip to the dentest and it did take away from a very exciting day.But I did have a very gental dentest so I am finaly feeling better so I will not complain can I
